Shipping Policy
FreakLabs is a very, very small company. However I try to process and ship out all orders within 1 to 3 days. If there are any circumstances that require more time than this, I will notify you at the email address provided. When an order ships, you will get a shipping notification via email to this address as well.

There are currently two international shipping options:

EMS - EMS is the Japanese express mail service and is the equivalent of FedEx in Japan. It's the quickest way to send a package internationally. A tracking number is also provided and this will get sent out via email to the customer. The tracking number can be used to track the package from here: EMS Tracking.

Japan Post Airmail - Japan Post's airmail service has a small package option which is the cheapest way to send packages up to 2kg internationally. It takes roughly twice as long as the EMS shipping option and no tracking number is provided. However ship times are usually in the range of one week and if that is tolerable, its a good choice for shipping.

There is also one option for domestic shipping in Japan:

Yu-Pack - Yu-Pack is the domestic shipping service for Japan and packages usually take 1-2 days to get to their destination. Interestingly enough, Yu-Pack shipping can sometimes cost more than international shipping depending on the destination.

There is minimum of 60 grams of shipping weight added to each order to account for the weight of the box. There is also an additional 10% of total product weight added
for the packaging (bubble wrap, etc). This is needed to accurately estimate the final shipping weight which is then used to calculate the shipping cost. If there are any questions on shipping costs, you can always email me at:

Return Policy

I'd much prefer to have a happy customer than an angry one so you can return your merchandise for any reason within a 30 day period after buying it for a full refund, credit, or exchange. If 30 days has already expired, you can email me at and we can work something out. I'm not against making exceptions to the 30 day policy. However returned merchandise comes out of my own pocket so please don't abuse this policy.
